We're available every Sunday - Thursday, from 8AM - 5PM (GMT+2).  During these hours, we process approvals, answer support tickets, and offer personalized assistance.

On weekends (Friday and Saturday), we approve campaigns once daily (not as frequently as on weekdays).

Any requests submitted outside our business hours will be promptly answered once we are back in the office.
