LandingTrack is AI-Tracking System for Media Buying. It is a completely automated system that controls and manages all traffic from just one platform.

STEP 1 — Adding SelfAdvertiser as Traffic Source

Go to Traffic Source Tab and click on > +Connect new Source; from the list of options select > Integrated DPS

IMPORTANT: In order to connect SelfAdvertiser Account with LandingTrack one, you must create a Campaign First on SelfAdvertiser Platform

Look for SelfAdvertiser. In order to connect, you will need to provide only one field.

1- Your SelfAdvertiser API Token

We can find your API Token on your SelfAdvertiser Account. As soon as you have created a Campaign on SelfAdvertiser, go on their panel to > Account Settings and from the options above, select > API. Simply copy the API Token

Remember that it will only work if you have created a campaign first.

Now back on your LandingTrack Account, we are still on Traffic Source section > Connect new Sources > SelfAdvertiser adding the API Token.

Click on > Connect

After click on the button > Connect we have an extra step — Check API , click on it.

The slide-out will show to you your credentials, check them and if all looks good click on orange button> Check API

Green Check¡means we are fully Integrated with SelfAdvertiser but, We will suggest you add some more steps like — URL Tokens and Outgoing Postback

We are about to set up some extra Tokens for SelfAdvertiser URL. To do so we just need to click on the button > Edit and from the slideout select the option > URL Tokens.

The following Parameters and Tokens will be provided by default for each SelfAdvertiser URL :

  • source=@@SOURCE@@ — The source/ Site ID which presented your ad

  • bid=@@BID@@— The cost of the visit (how much you pay for a click)

  • pid=@@CLICK-ID@@ — For conversion tracking

  • cmp=@@CAMPAIGN_NAME@@— Sends campaign name

  • keyword=@@KEYWORD@@—The keyword sent per impression in an RON campaign

  • b=@@CREATIVE-ID@@ — You Unique ID to identify your creatives.

So if you need to add some extra Tokens to track in a more detail manner you can have a look here:

1.1 — Adding some Extra Tokens:

I am sure you are familiar with SelfAdvertiser Tokens but it is always good to show /explain them here for you:

  1. @@GEO@@ — Sends country code/Geo

  2. @@DEVICE@@ — Sends the device the impression came from (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, or Other)

  3. @@OS@@ — Operating system the impression came from

  4. @@BROWSER@@ — Sends the browser name the impression came from

  5. @@CARRIER@@- Sends the mobile carrier the impression came from

How do I add them? simply choose the Parameter and Token and click on the> + button to add them to your URL.

Adding Extra Tokens to your URL’s, do not forget to save after adding them.

1.2 — Postback (Optional):

We are missing only one thing to finish the full integration with SelfAdvertiser, adding their postback :

https://clkpback3.com/tracks/ssapixel?subid={click-id}&ref=12345678

The ref = Parameter is unique, meaning that each user will have a different one under its account.

Remember to replace their Tokens for the LandingTrack ones:

. {click-id} ={{PID}}

Replace SelfAdvertiser Tokens by the LandingTrack ones and SAVE.

Where can we find our SelfAdvertiser Postback?

On SelfAdvertiser Platform, Click on > +New Campaign and select the Campaign type. You will find it after this process in the section named: Conversion Tracking (“note, it is mandatory for the “Use Bid optimizer” option).

Simply Copy your postback and paste it on LandingTrack in the “ Outgoing Postback “ section under your SelAdvertiser source.
