The following list contains the types of contents and mechanisms that are not allowed on our platform:

Malware 

  • Any offer that designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a user’s device or applications

Tech Support

  • Any user experience that simulates technical issues or malfunctions with the browsing device & application to drive urgent action, such as:

  • Freeze screen simulation

  • Repeated alerts with no exit options

  • Alarming sounds or vibes

Automatic Downloading

  • A page that performs an automatic file-download without a user’s intent (without a click) of any files

Scary Messages

  • Any statements about viruses or other device problems

Deceptive Wording

  • Any statements about winning a substantial gift

Click-baiting messages

  • Any statements about receiving an email, message, package, etc.

Adult Content / Pornography

  • Full or partial nudity (intimate body parts showing)

  • Sexual intercourse

  • Masturbation

  • Genitals

  • Sex toys

  • Please note: medical drawings are acceptable on the landing pages. 

Copyright Infringement

  • Unauthorized use of known logos or brand names

  • Statement that the offer is provided on behalf of a brand 

  • Misleading Brand Reference

  • Imitation of icons and interfaces of browsers or well-known sites

  • Brand’s name spelled wrong

  • Icon of mobile/desktop applications

Rotating Links

  • A unique link that allows redirecting users to different landing pages

Incitement and terrorism

  • Provoking unlawful behavior or urging someone to behave unlawfully

  • Unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims

  • Hate-speech (racial, ethnic, political, gender-based, religious, personal etc.)

Weapons

  • Any implement or device that can be used with intent to inflict damage or harm

  • Purchase of weapons or military equipment

Illegal drugs

  • Selling or using drugs, based on the laws of the displayed country

Alcohol

  • Selling or drinking alcohol, based on the laws of the displayed country

Any Illegal Activity

  • Google Safe Browsing helps protect devices by showing warnings to users when they attempt to navigate to dangerous sites or download dangerous files
