If you notice one of your campaigns isn't getting traffic please check the following:
Do you have funds in your account?
What is the campaign status? Make sure it's in running mode and not pending, paused or rejected
Have you reached your daily budget? Once a campaign reaches the daily budget it will pause until the next day
It might be that the bid is too low for your targeting
