Intango and its affiliates (collectively, "SelfAdvertiser" or "we") welcomes you ("Participant(s)" or "you") to enjoy our “Spend Based Promotion Code” and to benefit from a Bonus during the validity period which shall commence as from August 1st 2020 (hereinafter - the Promotion Bonus).
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR PROMOTION BONUS’ USE. BY USING THE PROMOTION BONUS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) WHICH INCLUDE BY REFERENCE SELFADVERTISER’S TERMS OF USE (AT SELFADVERTISER.COM) AND PRIVACY POLICY (AT SELFADVERTISER.COM) AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE PROMOTION BONUS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PROMOTION BONUS.
· From time to time, we may offer Bonuses and/or Coupons which may apply to any, or certain specified users of SelfAdvertiser.com platform.
· Each Bonus and/or Coupon will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the Coupon is issued (including the length of time to use the Coupon, eligibility, etc.) by SelfAdvertiser.com platform.
· The use of any Bonus and/or Coupon is designated to use on SelfAdvertiser.com platform only.
· Every Bonus and/or Coupon is a single-use Bonus/Coupon and/or Bonus/Coupon per user and can be used by SelfAdvertiser.com's registered user and/or account only.
"Spend Based Promotion Code" Promotion Bonus Eligibility:
· In order to be eligible to benefit from the Promotion Bonus, the Advertiser (who is a registered to the SelfAdvertiser Platform) MUST be an active user. Every active user will be automatically eligible to the Promotion Bonus.
· The specific goals, requirements, and Bonus rates are not personal and they will not differ between each eligible Advertiser. In each calendar month, the SelfAdvertiser team will choose a group of selected Participants (per SelfAdvertiser team sole discretion) who will be eligible for the Promotion Bonus.
· Each eligible Advertiser who had been actively approached by the SelfAdvertiser team (as above mentioned) shall be given the same monthly goal as the other members in the chosen group (hereinafter – Group Goal).
· In order to participate, each Advertiser needs to activate the counter by using the code on the billing panel. Without the activation, the Advertiser will not be able to participate and receive the Promotion Bonus.
· Advertisers (whether eligible or not) will not be able to benefit from any such personal e-mail and/or Promotion Bonus rates, other than their own.
· Each eligible Advertiser who had met the Group Goal and requirements shall receive the Promotion Bonus, which shall be credited directly via his SelfAdvertiser account, a day after the date of the monthly goal has ended.
· SelfAdvertiser hereby declares, that the Promotion Bonus amount is not related in anyhow to the Group Goal, and it’s in SelfAdvertiser’ sole discretion to change it anytime.
Validity Period:
· The Promotion Bonus will be valid as from August 1st 2020, until termination notice is given by SelfAdvertiser. For the avoidance of any doubt, SelfAdvertiser reserves the right to terminate the Promotion Bonus at any time.
· If the Promotion Bonus has already expired prior to meeting Group Goal and/or requirements, you will not be able to benefit from it or receive any Bonus.
· The Promotion Bonus is non-transferable, non-refundable*, non-reusable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· If the Promotion Bonus is offered to you by the Company and can't run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promo code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion Bonus.
· The company reserves the right to suspend a campaign and/or deny the user’s access to his account and/or cancel user’s rights to benefit from the Promotion Bonus in any case of abuse by the User (i.e. - reuse of a Promotion Bonus by the same user under different accounts, etc.)
· The Company reserves the right to cancel any Promotion Bonus that may breach SelfAdvertiser.com Terms & Conditions.
· The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
* In case an eligible Advertiser has requested a refund of his then current remaining balance - no refund will be granted for funds received as Bonus. (i.e. - the refund will be totaling the amount the current remaining balance minus all amounts granted as Bonus).
ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS ACTIVITY, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS ACTIVITY WILL CONSIDER AS A VIOLATION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SELF ADVERTISER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
